Interior living space

Completed in 2012 the villa is set in a secluded area with panoramic sea views, a private pool, sun terraces and a spaceous self contained basement living area.

The villa is spacious and bright. It is fully air conditioned with the exception of the single bedroom and basement.

The main living room is open plan with a well equipped kitchen.

Four double bedrooms have double beds, three have balconies with sea views. One double bedroom has an additional single bed. There is a small single bedroom. Two cots and airbeds are also available.

The ground floor, which is self contained, has a shower room with WC, kitchen facilities (including fridge) and a futon/double bed. Ideal for teenagers or other members of the family who might want some privacy.

On the first floor there is an open plan living area with modern kitchen giving spectacular views of the coast. There is a large terrace, perfect for al fresco dining. Also dining table, sofa, chairs and 44 inch satellite and cable LED TV.  Wifi is also provided.

Also on the first floor there is a shower room with toilet, and a washing machine, and a double bedroom.

Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a large terrace offering panoramic views of the sea and ensuite shower room. Another double bedroom shares the large terrace with an additional double bedroom with balcony, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
